AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPPED, ITS CRUCIAL THAT THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THE SAME AND SEND US THE TRACKING ID VIA MAIL TO INFO@FEKKISTORE.COM ON THE SAME EMAIL THREAD. ONCE WE RECIEVE THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE WITHIN THE NEXT 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS.
CATERING TO THE HYGEIENE STANDARDS FOR OUR PRODUCTS, ALL THE EXCHANGES RECIEVED WILL GO THROUGH A QUALITY CHECK BY OUR TEAM AND WOULD FURTHER BE APPROVED/DECLINED FOR EXCHANGE.

IF THE SIZE YOU NEED IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE CAN EITHER REPLACE THE SAID ITEM WITH ANOTHER AS ER THE CUSTOMER'S CHOICE OR WE WILL ISSUE YOU A STORE CREDIT.
